Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on orders over $59. Orders under $59 ship at a flat rate of $3.99 — the rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, and delivery estimates below start from that email — not from the day you place your order.
Delivery estimates
We currently deliver within the United States only. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we ship from whichever facility has your items in stock — either our US warehouse or one of our international fulfillment centers:

Most orders ship from our US warehouse. When an item is fulfilled from an international facility, it takes a little longer to reach you — but tracking is provided either way, and the estimates above start from dispatch, not from the day you place your order.
These are working-day estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons, weather, and carrier delays can occasionally push them out — we'll always do everything we can to get your order to you on time.
About split shipments
Depending on where each item is stocked, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive in separate packages on different days. Each shipment gets its own tracking number, so you can follow every package individually. This is normal and doesn't affect your shipping cost.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after you receive the email. If your tracking hasn't moved in more than 5 business days, email us and we'll look into it for you.
